The existing clans will be disbanded for Feudal 1.5. New ones will have the opportunity to arise as time goes on and enough people have gathered to start one. I'm going to make up the actual regulations for this soon enough but if you have X people and Y gold then you can make a nomadic clan. Then with more people and more gold, you can possibly become official and get a base. Idk about all this yet but just openly planning it out.
